A teenager threw herself from a moving car after being raped in a secluded spot in West Byfleet, a court has been told.
It is claimed the girl was raped by two men, sexually assaulted by another and had her mobile phone stolen.
Ali Malik and Mohamed Abdi, both 18, and Navmeet Modha, 22, are on trial at Guildford Crown Court following the alleged incident.
On June 3, the teenager met up with Mr Abdi, who she had met at least once previously, prosecutor Graham Smith said on Monday (November 4).
Mr Abdi, together with the two other defendants, travelled in Mr Modha’s car to meet the alleged victim, who agreed to “hang out” with them.
They parked in a secluded area and the teenager got into the back of the car, where she was joined by Mr Abdi, Mr Smith said.
He began to touch her, before telling her he wanted her to perform a sex act on him, the court was told.
Mr Modha told Mr Adbi to get out of the car, then forced the girl to perform a sex act on him, it was said.
When the car was being driven towards London, the girl was told that “in essence, she was being kidnapped”, Mr Smith told the court.
She jumped from the moving car and rolled onto the pavement, from where a passer-by called the police.
Mr Malik, of Ashridge Way, Morden, denies sexual assault; Mr Modha, of Streatham Vale, London, denies rape and theft; and Mr Abdi, of Park View Drive, Mitcham, denies rape.
Mr Smith said Mr Modha was arrested first and said he had not touched the girl at all, however he changed his account when he was re-interviewed and told forensic tests linked him to the alleged victim. He then admitted a sex act had taken place, the court heard.
When Mr Malik was interviewed he produced a prepared statement denying the allegations. Mr Abdi said the sex act was consensual.
The trial continues.
