Surrey Youth Music Theatre is giving youngsters the chance to take centre stage with an intensive two-week course.

The summer school, open to anyone aged eight to 18, will culminate in a full scale production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat.

The school is led by a team of West End professionals where students will learn acting, singing and dancing before putting it to the test on stage.

Lending their talents will be West End performers Lisa Mathieson, who has recently finished a run in the award-winning Groundhog Day, Llyandyll Gove, Lisa Dahmane and Louise McCarthy.

Rehearsals for the show will will begin on Monday, July 24 and run Monday to Friday over two weeks.
